Essential Duties:

  • Demonstrates core values and guiding principles as outlined in the Bank’s identity statement.
  •          Ensures that all activities and work functions comply with compliance requirements as defined in company policies and procedures and state/federal laws and regulations.
  •          Financial Planning

o   Point person for the firm’s financial planning engagements

o   Help shape the firm’s financial planning experience to ensure best in class planning, and consistency in client experiences across all client relationships and advisors.

o   Work with our team of advisors to develop consistent, best in class, deliverables for financial plans.

o   Direct communication with clients to gather relevant information for financial planning

  •   Responsible for any client follow up required to gather plan data

o   Point person for the firm’s financial plan construction and analysis

  •   Retirement analysis, insurance analysis, education funding, estate plan review, pension planning, life insurance review, tax strategies

o   Responsible for financial plan presentations with and without advisors present

  •          Support Senior Advisors with client work as needed including meeting preparation, portfolio management and trading
  •          Participate in the firm’s Financial Planning meetings

 
Required Qualifications:

  •          Bachelor’s degree
  •          CFP
  •          3-5 years of financial planning experience
  •          Able to work with little to no direct supervision
  •          Strong proficiency in eMoney, Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software
  •          Detail oriented and well organized
  •          Excellent consultative, interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of MoneyGuidePro, Sungard
  • Knowledge of Portfolio Center and Junxure CRM
  • Familiarity with Schwab Institutional and TD Ameritrade custodians
