As an advisor, your practice is typically your greatest asset. The well being of yourself, your loved ones, your clients, and your employees depends on having a solid succession plan in place for your practice.

During this roundtable, we’ll address the most common questions that need to be explored in order to insure the best outcome for you whether you are buyer or seller. Some of the key questions we will cover include:

  • What are the elements of a succession planning roadmap?
  • What factors should I consider in evaluating my firm?
  • What questions do I need to address as a buyer? as a seller?
  • What do I need to cover in due diligence?
  • What factors go into the valuation of a firm?
  • How can I finance the transaction?
  • What kind of timeframe am I looking at for this transition?

Most importantly, you will leave with specific ideas for your next step to move your succession plan forward.
